What We Do
We are an electrical company who specialise in the designing and building of all types of control panels, which includes the panel drawings and programming all the way through to the installation and commissioning of control panels
Automation and Control
- We can build panels to ensure consistency time after time with maximum efficiency which prioritises safety at all times. This is an example of an hydraulic powerpack for a bailer machine for one of our customers which needs to control the correct sequence in which to engage the solenoids at the right time for correct machine movement to make the correct size bails.
Programming and Commissioning
- We can create programs for various PLC maunfacturers such as Siemens and Allen Bradley and for touch screens such as EXOR. These are all made in house by our programmer who has over 20 years experience in making and modifying programs which are currently in use at many big UK companies. We also commission all of our control panels that leave our workshop if requested by the customer
Designing and Building Control Panels
- We have designed and built hundreds of panels over the years for numerous industries ranging from medical waste lines to conveyor systems to dust extraction systems. The picture adjacent is one of our control panels for a BF90 filter which are now present at many timber factories throughout the UK. We do other bespoke smaller panels which can be made in various enclosures from stainless to GRP boxes to IP55 depending on the customers specification or needs. However the size or use of the panel only the best quality components will be used and our high standards will never be compromised.
